Important info about appointments

• Appointments are required for bridal gown shopping so that we can give each bride our undivided attention. An Emerald City Gowns consultant is made available for a full hour to assist you in finding a wedding gown that best suits your personal style.
• The fee is $25 for Saturday and Sunday appointments and free for other weekdays. This fee will be collected at the time of booking and is applicable toward any purchase made the day of your appointment.
• Scheduling is available 6 days a week, the bridal salon is closed on Tuesdays. First weekday appointments start at 11AM and the last is at 4PM. Last minute appointments are welcomed, please call ahead.
• Please select the appropriate number of guests that will accompany the bride when booking an appointment, maximum is 4.
• When booking an appointment there is a lead time of 1 hour to 21 days, you may not book an appointment MORE than 30 days in advance. Exceptions, please email info@emeraldcitygowns.com
• No food or drinks may be consumed indoors during appointments until further notice. Masks are optional per the City of Berkeley.
